Objectives of event:

To explain the role of pharmacists in care homes

To think about how you can implement or improve a service for care homes locally

To understand how local initiatives can support the RPS national policy on care homes 

We will be joined by: Rowena Tague, a local pharmacist, to speak about her role in care homes and Sheila Brown, Canterbury and Coastal CCG 

 

Wherever you practice, this meeting could benefit you. This event can also be used to generate entries in your personal CPD portfolio!
