Objectives of event:
To explain the role of pharmacists in care homes
To think about how you can implement or improve a service for care homes locally
To understand how local initiatives can support the RPS national policy on care homes
We will be joined by: Rowena Tague, a local pharmacist, to speak about her role in care homes and Sheila Brown, Canterbury and Coastal CCG
