The Commissioning Support Unit on 03000 424000 or visit their website www.southeastcsu.nhs.uk.

If your Smartcard has expired please log a call with the CSU Service Desk 03000 424242 and explain that the certificate has expired and will need renewing.

If staff have a Smartcard with the serial number on the reverse that starts with 01,02 or 03 they will need their Smartcard replaced as it is not possible to renew certificates on these Smartcards.

If the system does not allow them to renew then you will need to contact your IT desk or supplier.
